The Pre-identification of Stakeholders Tool is a structured framework that helps identify relevant stakeholder groups based on different land use types, enabling more targeted and inclusive engagement from the early stages of a project. The tool has been developed during the stakeholder identification and mapping Workpackage during the BIOservicES project.
